Lao Chai village: Located 7 Km from Sapa, it is quite approachable from Sapa for a travelers who do not have much time. In this village which you will have a welcome feeling at any house of the hospitable people there. You can interact them, learn about their culture and customs.
Ta Van is located in the northern province of Lao Cai, about 5 kilometers from Sapa, at an altitude of 1, 816 meters. This province borders the province of Yunnan in south-west China, and the indigenous people here share many cultural features with their Chinese neighbors
.Ta phin - Ma Tra Villages: Lying some kilometers east of Sapa town lies a large oval shaped valley which is home to the H’mong and Red Zao of Ma Tra and Ta Phin Village. Following the main road from Sapa to Lao Cai for 4km, one can enjoy the panorama view of the whole valley, stretching for about 12 Km with some low hills in the middle to divide the valley into two parts. The closer part to the road is area of Ma Tra village and the further one is Ta Phin village where the Red Zao and Black H’mong share the land. The H’mong occupy the higher land on which they built narrow terraced rice paddies while the Red Zao cultivate larger and flat fields around the center of the valley. From over 10 years ago, a 15km motor way was built to connect the center of the valley with Sapa town and it takes only half an hour. However, It is much more interesting to follow the trail which run on high elevation around the valley for a real life discovery.
Night 1 - Ha Noi - Lao Cai
Car will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to Hanoi train station to catch the overnight train soft sleeper with AC to Lao Cai station. Overnight on the train.
Day 1: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa
village of the Black H’mong. Continue on 2km of trekking down to Lao Chai village of the H’mong. Lunch at a local family, and then walk through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people where we stay for the night. It gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes…on the way. Get back to Sapa by jeep

Day 2: Cat Cat & Sin Chai
A walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong.
Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed
by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 6
km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”.
From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a jeep to return to Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa - Suoi Thau - Ma Tra - Ta Phin - Sapa
5km by jeep, visit the red Dzao in Suoi Thau, Ma Tra villages. 9km trekking through the forest. Picnic
lunch en –route. Reach Ta Phin village where we have chance to learn about the life styles and the custom of the red Dzao minority, enjoy landscapes…then drive back to Sapa. Transfer to Laocai Train station.

Arrive in Hanoi early morning. Take a taxi to your hotel.
